Alanna Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. With over a decade of experience teaching visual arts to grades 7–12, she brings a deep passion for creative expression and student growth to every classroom. Alanna is excited to continue sharing her love for the arts through The Conservatory of the Fine Arts in Vicksburg, where she hopes to inspire the next generation of young artists.

    Discover the essentials and diverse techniques of weaving in this 8-week course! No tools or prior experience needed. Once you master the basics, you'll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of fibers and materials to create a basket that reflects your own artistic vision.
